| Fall and Spring are the worst seasons for asthmatics. If your child has asthma, PLEASE send an inhaler to the clinic. |
| Children are not allowed to carry medicine in their pockets or purses. Contact the clinic for special circumstances or any questions. |
| If your child requires medicine to be taken at school: |
Fill out a Medication Administration Form
Send the medicine in the original container
| It is GA law that we have up-to-date immunization records on file. Our 6th grade immunization records will be audited by the State Health Department. |
| Changes to the immunization schedule as of 7/1/07: |
Children who are new to the GA school system AND children entering 6th grade will require a 2nd dose of Varicella and Mumps.
